Wilhelm Mohnke (a.k.a. Mohnkey) is a General in the United Reich.

He replaced Jodl in the Hitler Plans scene after Hitler fired him. Unlike Jodl, Mohnke would agree to Hitler's plans and not object, as he did in Hitler's plan for Global Domination, but he is also capable of recognizing that not objecting was a mistake in Hitler's plan for Global Domination II. He seems to be just as loyal to Hitler as Goebbels is.
Hitler once nicknamed him Monkey, and possibly everyone else calls him this. He is Hitler's unofficial yes-man, being Jodl's opposite. He's also quite monotone.
